1. Partner with business leaders to identify and define talent requirements and build a strong talent pipeline
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts
3. Actively search for top-tier candidates in the region to build a strong network of talent pool
4. Connect with and engage qualified candidates to develop a strong talent reserve for key positions
5. Manage all recruitment channels and constantly optimize their effectiveness
6. Drive campus recruitment and build relations with relevant stakeholders
7. Support other recruitment-related initiatives, such as employer branding
任職資格
1. A degree from a university with good academic credentials
2. At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment agency or in-house talent acquisition
3. Resourceful and results-oriented, with a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution and problem-solving
4. Demonstrated exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
5. Passionate about recruitment, people, culture, and HR services
6. Ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders
7. Passion in games a plus
