職務要求

1.Hands on management of all aspects of accounting & handle external/internal auditing.

2.Prepare weekly forecast and report on week to week variance analysis.

3.Prepare monthly reporting packages and KPI dashboards for management decision making.

4.Prepare annual budget, including financial projections and targets. Report on actual to budget performance including variance analysis.

5.Collaboration with business team and provide support in financial related.

6.Establish IPO internal control policy & implement finance system.

7.Ad-hoc project

任職資格

1.教育程度：大學以上

2.科系：財稅金融相關

3.工作經驗：10年以上

4.語言能力：英文流利

5.其他條件限制：

a. 具100人以上企業之財會經理或財務長5年以上資歷。

b. 熟悉稅法及相關會計準則並在財務管理、稅務、業務分析方面有豐富經驗。

c. 人格特質細心、誠實、正直、保密、具責任感、邏輯思考清楚。

d. 流暢的英語交談。
