2. Able to communicate confidently in English with customer (speaking, writing, reading).
3. A comprehensive knowledge of garment construction, fit, sewing and production management.
4. Listens effectively and analyzes problems quickly while maintaining a flexible approach to enforcing guidelines.
5. Perform frequent and necessary follows-up on QA issues to ensure feedback loops are closed in a timely manner and that
decisions have been auctioned and problems resolved by appropriate stakeholders.
6. Requires ability to analyze and collect data from multiple sources and make sound business decisions based on data provided.
7. Requires strong interpersonal skills for evaluating performance, recognizing and/or developing necessary corrective actions to QA associates.
