職務要求
1. Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan;
2. Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle and work with Business, internal IT stakeholders (Infra, Architects, IT security) and Solution Partners (vendor) to oversee all phases of the project, and to ensure that related project processes are completed as required (including infrastructure requirements, change management, system development, quality management, etc.);
3. Work with various stakeholders across business to manage scopes and expectations to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters;
4. Provide leadership and professional development for project teams in order to obtain a high level of co-operation and contribution from all project members;
Ensure project issues and risks are identified, quantified, managed and tracked. Ensures risks, assumptions and constraints are appropriately communicated and escalated when necessary;
5. Manage and/or validate financial forecasts, track on-going project expenditures and provides regular financial reporting to senior management;
Track and manage vendor deliverables.
任職資格
1. A good university with at least 5 years' relevant Project Management experience, including managing at projects of significant complexity (banking systems);
2. Strong leadership and management skill;
3. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
4. Good business and technical acumen;
5. Possess a valid PMP or any other project management professional certification is a plus;
6. Available to travel to overseas location for short term work is a plus
7. Good Chinese and English communicator
