1.To match quality, price, and delivery, we provide the most precise and stable manufacturing procedure base on design team’s demand. We also arrange mass production and the following possible improvement and training.

2.Year-on-year proven technical competence in field. Helps define how engineering science fundamentals apply to a particular field. Develops new and better application methods that improve the way we engineer products.

3.Has extensive experience using good engineering practices. Helps define and drive the use of the best practices & standardized procedures. Acts as a role model and mentor to other engineers in the proper use of these concepts, practices, and procedures.

4.Has detailed knowledge about a wide variety of manufacturing processes and practices. Understands how manufacturing methods impact the process and has demonstrated the ability to design robust process in mass production environments. Demonstrates process capability and control on new and existing process within the team production responsibility.

5.Ability to solve complex problems through creative and innovative thinking. Can take a new perspective on existing solutions. Has a demonstrated history of applying good engineering judgment. Facilitates problem resolution as needed throughout the organization.

6.Anticipates and influences internal and external business challenges. Recommends product, process, or service improvements. Has a comprehensive understanding of how engineering contributes to achieving business objectives Has an expanded network within the company.

7.Has demonstrated leadership abilities. Credible – is a recognized expert and “gold standard” engineer. Acts as a role model, mentor, and teacher to other engineers. Champions great process developments and best practices. Takes an active role in all levels of engineering review. Provides manufacturing insight to other engineers, team members, and suppliers.

任職資格

1.Above university or related technical education

2.More than 3 years experiences of stamping process

3.English TOEIC 600 分以上

4.Project Management

5.Basic knowledge of stamping process

6.Basic knowledge of Single / Progressive die design

7.Able to adapt teamwork and well communication and presentation

8.Logically thinking and engineering problem analyzing and solving ability.

9.Base report, presentation and data analysis ability (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
