職務要求

1. Discover, explore and develop opportunities to sell Fixed Line Broadband Access Solutions.

2. Evaluate potential technology providers (Software Solution Providers, ASIC Solution Providers, etc.) by analyzing the market.

3. Drive the product roadmap to address the target segments.

4. Prepare responses to RFI's, RFP's and tenders.

5. Work closely with Sales team to secure new business deals by coordinating requirements.

6. Manage fellow team members and resources to meet the goals of Company and Business Unit.

任職資格

1. A comprehensive understanding of Product / Project Management and Business Development.

2. Dedication to achieve Company’s goals through team and resource management

3. Mature management skills of fellow team members

4. Confident presentation and time management skills.

5. Travel, to visit customers with local sales and attend trade shows.

6. Fluent English in speaking and writing as basis for daily communication with worldwide sales team.

7. 10+ years of industry experience as described above.

8. Prior experience with CPE Product / Project Management is a MUST.

9. Experience in working at networking communication related OEM/ODM/EMS company is preferred.
