職務要求
1.Own and hit/exceed annual budget targets within assigned territory and accounts.
2.Management and coaching the ops team to manage daily duties, staffs scheduling, shifting and working hours.
3.Assessing individual performance of ops team through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
4.Handling and resolving customer complaints.
5.Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
6.Helping MD to design and implement the strategic development plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
7.Helping ops team to execute the contracts renewal, expansion and PI works per the business requirements.
8.Performs additional duties as assigned by MD / AP.

1.大學以上,英文流利
2.具5年以上管理經驗
