職務要求

1.領導團隊及經銷商管理，於所負責區域中，依據公司制定之行銷策略與行動方案有效執行業務推廣活動，提高公司產品佔有率，達成或超越銷售目標。

2.負責海外市場(東南亞、歐美、日韓…等)之經銷銷開發及管理。

3.制定行銷策略與執行方案，有效執行業務推廣活動，以提高銷售，達成或超越銷售目標。

4.管理各地經銷商，並監督經銷商於所負責區域推廣公司醫療產品、執行銷售、追縱進度、執行符合公司的服務政策…等。

任職資格

1、Bachelor's degree or above in bioscience or related field (大學、碩士)

2、Medical technology will be plus.擁有醫療產業(儀器、設備尤佳)

3、5 years experience at Distributor management. 海外經銷推廣經驗

1. Experience in molecular biology, cell biology or life science market and medical related business.

2. Pro-active, positive, team player, quick learner, performance driven, discipline, high integrity.

3. Organize seminars and provide product information.

4. Good presentation skill and leading / coach skill.

5. Work closely with local distributors in the area of responsibility.
