職務要求

1. Responsible for the successful delivery of the project in terms of costs, schedule, resources, and quality.

2. Manage projects spending, cashflow, carryover and budgeting process.

3. Responsible for working with stakeholders to define project scope, timeline, and cost estimate for the projects.

4. Manage engineering design with support from an in-house cross functional engineering team to provide front end engineering design from feasibility to detail engineering phases and provide detail impact study with identified action plan to support require engineering changes.

5. Administer and manage the engineering change control process, follow through quality change control procedure to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. Develop implementation/ installation/ construction plan, identify risk, and develop plan to mitigate them during the design phase.

7. Responsible to prepare project owner or sponsor for Capex funding with established business case, review project detail and presentation materials, organize and administration Capex Committee Meeting for funding approval.

8. Responsible for allocation of the site engineering resources to the various projects.

9. Work with procurement department to define project scope and execute project bidding.

10. Accountable for construction safety and regulatory compliance during project execution.

11. Organize appropriate training and transfer of documentation/ information to operation, maintenance team during qualification phase.

任職資格

1.大學以上，英文精通

2.Pharma Engineering Management – maintenance or projects

3.Pharmaceutical Process Equipment – installation or maintenance or procurement or qualification

4.8 years above of relevant experience

5.Knowledge and experience with local government regulatory requirements, local and international engineering design standards, and codes.

6.Knowledge and experience for various engineering disciplines including manufacturing and packaging process, MEP, HVAC, fire & controls, structure, architecture etc.
