- AR, I/C AR, I/C AR Reconciliation

- Issue IC invoice & Credit Note

- Revenue Report and Revenue Reconciliation

- Revenue & Cost posting and accruals.

- Balance Sheet Reconciliation

- WH Tax declaration

- Customs Payment Release

- VAT Filing

- Banking & Bank Reconciliation

- Handle various ad-hoc requests as needed to support the F&A department and overall company operations.

任職資格

1. Over 12 years of experience in accounting, including SAP experience in recent 3 years.

2. Skilled in SAP system operations, including Billing, AR, GL posting, Revenue, and Accruals.

3. Experienced with Revenue Report and Revenue Reconciliation

4. Familiar with VAT filing and withholding tax filing

5. Familiar with SAP Down Payment process and Credit Memo.

6. Experienced with Balance Sheet Reconciliation

7. Experienced with Interco AR Reconciliation

8. Experienced with banking and cash forecast

9. Intermediate proficiency in reading and writing English

10. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

11. Experience in a CPA firm is a plus

12. Working experience in multinational companies is preferred.
