1.A minimum of 15+ years in the MedTech sector, with ideally qualifications in medical imaging system, endoscopy or subcutaneous fluid infusion technology. Demonstrable experiences on international R&D collaboration management in medical device development environment would be well regarded. 2.Demonstrable knowledge of hardware and software, including optical, electrical, mechanical and software design work experiences with medical devices for on-body drug delivery, miniaturization devices with visualization technology for diagnosis and surgical uses. 3.Knowledge of management principles involved in strategic planning, resource recruiting, resource allocation, technology development methods.
