面議（經常性薪資4萬含以上）
1.Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems (or equivalent) from a university.
2.Have a minimum of 7 years of software development and architectural design experience in projects dealing with web and mobile platform system and environment.
3.Experience as technical leader or application architect on a number of projects in all stages of the development life cycle.
4.Experience in uncovering requirements, conceptualizing solutions, and developing a framework for implementation of high-volume transactional architecture.
5.Demonstrated leadership skills on customer-facing projects.
6.Design concepts using UML, ER/EER, design patterns are important.
7.Experience with software product development and open source web development is a plus.
8.Self-motivated to keep abreast with the latest internet trends in Web 3.0, Mobile 2.0, Social Media, open source, HTML5 etc.
9.Have familiarity with test-driven development.
10.Have experience with multithreading implementations.
11.Have experience with start-ups.
