1. Brand Strategy Development: Formulate and execute strategic plans to enhance and promote the corporate brand, aligning with overall business objectives.
2. Global Engagement Framework: Implement and oversee the corporate brand management and global engagement framework to maintain brand consistency across regions.
3. Market Insights Integration: Collaborate with the Market Insight Manager to incorporate research insights into brand strategies, ensuring a data-driven approach.
4. Content Development: Oversee the creation of brand-centric content, ensuring it aligns with the established brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
5. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a unified approach in brand representation.
6. Performance Monitoring: Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to enhance brand equity and market positioning.
7. Research Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive market research strategies and plans to gather relevant data for informed decision-making.
8. Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the market research team, ensuring efficient execution of research projects.
9. Insight Generation: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to generate actionable insights.
10. Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of research data through rigorous methodologies and quality control measures.
11. Report and Presentation: Communicate research findings through clear and compelling reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
任職資格
1.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2. 5~10 years experience of corporate marketing or marketing communications with social media to communicate marketing messages - preferred experience with international companies
3.At least 3 years of leadership experience
