職務要求
Production management team:
-Organize production in collaboration with the Coordinator Savoir-faire, overseeing production quality.
-Train and educate constantly the whole team to company company philosophy.
-Ensure constantly the exemplary application of norms and brands standards.
-Animate various meetings (daily, weekly and monthly) with deputy pastry chef carry of stock levels; team management and determine actions/planning.
Management of food and non-food products:
-Sourcing and control all products including raw materials and products
-Apply training regarding hygiene and safety standards
-Organize, check stock levels
-Establish products calendar in collaboration with Taiwan branch company.
-Form his team to product use standards, materials and equipment.
Human Resources Management:
-Manage and optimize pastry team schedules (rest, recovery, annual leave, work schedules)
-Anticipate the needs during high activities seasons with Taiwan branch company .
-Participate in the recruitment with Taiwan branch company .
-Ensure synergy between service teams and production teams.
-Train the whole teams to new products.
Reporting:
-Makes the weekly follow up between laboratory action and Coordinator Savoir-Faire and establish action plans.
-Organize various weekly and monthly meetings with Licence Manager to ensure the well control of the overall activities and reports to Taiwan branch company .
-Excellent presentation and speaking
-Luxury hotel and / or event catering experience and “High End” Pastry.
-Proven experience in managing a production laboratory and team management
-Excellent teacher, mediator, great listener and strong sense of team spirit
-Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Powerpoint, Google Drive and other popular skills.
任職資格
-中、英、法文(三選二)要精通,能溝通的程度
-要五星級飯店或高級餐廳的西點經驗5~10年經驗,一定要做過主廚
