• Provide product education and training process for the sales team to assist in planning and execution
• Conduct market research to determine market demand for existing and future products
• Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms
• Manage productivity of marketing programs and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results
• Regular meetings with North American sales and operations
• According to the group group’s business strategy, formulate marketing development goals and plan annual sales plans
• Need s to due to nature of us import and export company, 25% traveling might be required for trade shows and company meetings.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leaders
