1. Marketing Message Alignment & Brand Consistency:
Responsible for delivering clear and consistent product marketing messages from headquarters to subsidiaries and regional markets. Ensure all communications align with brand positioning and product value propositions to strengthen global brand recognition.
1. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct research on global and regional market trends, customer needs, and industry developments. Deeply understand the positioning of the company’s solutions and perform competitive analysis to support product and marketing strategy planning.
1. Marketing Assets Planning & Content Management:
Oversee the planning and delivery of marketing materials, including technical documentation, solution whitepapers, product videos, case studies, website content, social media assets, newsletters, and promotional materials. Ensure all content meets the communication style and quality standards expected by target audiences.
1. Digital Marketing & Global Campaign Execution:
Plan and supervise digital campaigns, including online advertising, social media, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation initiatives. Enhance product visibility across digital channels and drive customer engagement, market reach, and lead conversion.
1. Cross-Regional Collaboration & Market Enablement:
Work closely with regional subsidiaries and partner marketing teams to localize marketing assets and coordinate campaign execution. Provide strategic advice and resource support. Regularly review performance of regional activities and offer optimization suggestions to ensure brand and sales targets are achieved.
1. Team Leadership & Project Management:
Lead a multinational marketing team of over 10 members. Possess strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure the simultaneous delivery of multiple high-quality projects. Set clear performance goals and tracking mechanisms to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

1. 過去產業經驗及年資: 具自有品牌之電子系統產之產品行銷 10 年以上經驗,具部級主管 5 年以上經驗。
2. Experience in B2B IT Industry
Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing. Proven ability to quickly understand and promote solution-based and technical products. Experience in cross-regional marketing operations or global marketing strategy planning is preferred.
3. Marketing Strategy & Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
Capable of independently leading the development of product messaging, brand positioning, and execution of Go-to-Market plans. Strong market insight, competitive analysis skills, and cross-functional collaboration ability to drive successful product launches and market penetration.
4. Digital Marketing & Marketing Automation Expertise
Proficient in online advertising, SEO/SEM, marketing automation platforms, and data-driven performance optimization.
5. Cross-Cultural Communication & Project Management
Experienced in working with multinational teams and skilled in cross-department coordination to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
6. English Communication & Presentation Skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English. Able to independently deliver presentations, participate in global meetings, and create marketing content to support communication needs across international markets.
