職務要求
1. Lead project follow-up efforts across the sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates and alignment with business objectives.
2. Proactively identify, approach, and develop new project opportunities in targeted sectors.
3. Conduct weekly reporting on the status of ongoing projects as well as expected forecasts.
4. Prepare and present monthly reporting and analysis of project statuses, milestones, and sales performance.
5. Host and attend online meetings (via Microsoft Teams) and on-site visits with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
6. Research, identify, and maintain relationships with relevant contacts within existing and potential client organizations.
7. Host webinars and product training for our distribution partners and installers to increase technical understanding and commercial engagement.
8. Act as a strategic liaison between the Sales team and clients, ensuring clarity, alignment, and long-term collaboration.
任職資格
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management or business development roles.
3. Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
4. Proficiency in at least one additional European language is highly desirable (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or any Scandinavian language).
5. Strong IT affinity, with hands-on knowledge or exposure to: KVM over IP and/or AV over IP
6. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Confident in working independently and managing cross-functional project initiatives.
