1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline required
2. Proven work experience in digital advertisement platforms and techniques
3. Experience in setting up and optimizing digital ads campaigns such as Google Ads and Social Media Ads
4. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and creative contents
5. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, web analytics, and basic photo and video editing skills
6. Full professional proficiency in English (IELTS 8.0/TOEIC 900)
7. Knowledge and interest of the global landscapes and markets required
8. Quantitative and analytical skills
9. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management and departments with diplomacy and tact
10. Exceptional time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines
11. Practical and initiative is a must
