● A minimum of 3 years (above) of work experience.
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
● Proven experience in handling multiple accounts/multiple channel management of overseas distributors
● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
● Flexible to travel to partner locations across South east asia.
● Solution-oriented outlook with sharp negotiations skill.
● Strong negotiation and leadership skills, ability to build lasting relationships with overseas distributors
● Exceptional customer service skills and flexible to adapt to circumstance and challenges
● Excellent communication skills in English
