● Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Analysis, International Relations, Maritime Studies, or related fields. ● Experience in maritime-related research and analysis, with a strong understanding of written products for customers and internal departments, with particular attention to a “bottom line up front” writing style. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with people across the globe in various time zones. ● Ability to work in ambiguous situations and maintain flexibility given the company’s status as a startup. ● Ability and willingness to use new technologies, tools, and software to accomplish the highest level of targeting, analysis, and information presentation. ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with contractors and stakeholders. ● Written and oral command of both English and Mandarin are positively considered.
