1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
2. Minimum 5 years of previous experience in the field of Finance and Controlling, experience from the automotive industry is a plus.
3. Worked in a Multi-National Company or listed company experience.
4. Previous FP&A team member or manager.
5. Knowledge of corporate governance.
6. Good perception /knowledge of risk management.
7. Entrepreneurial personality with task-driven, commitment to completion, and hands-on mentality.
8. Business partner attitude, excellent problem-solving, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
9. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
