職務要求
1.Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal standards.
- Stay updated on employment law changes and recommend necessary policy updates.
2. Organizational Development & Culture
- Promote a healthy company culture aligned with business values and goals.
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Support leadership in change management and workforce planning.
3. Labor Relations Management:
- Establish and maintain positive labor relations, handle employee grievances, and resolve labor disputes.
- Develop and implement company labor policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Organize and participate in employee satisfaction surveys, making improvements based on survey results.
4. Training & Development
- Design and implement employee training and development programs.
- Support career development planning and succession strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for professional growth.
任職資格
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, with experience in recruitment and labor relations management preferred.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, with the ability to resolve labor disputes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
