職責要求
    1. Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s human resource function and performance to devise talent strategies.
    2. Creating definitions of talent for different critical positions, providing learning roadmap and assessment approaches to identify talent.
    3. Design, implement succession and contingency frameworks and creating development interventions for those identified as talent
    4. Contribute to design and implementation of innovative and evidence-based career development solutions and resources (including career frameworks, career paths, mentor program and planning toolkits) to support talent strategic priorities.
    5. Design and implement strategies to develop and retain high-performing employees
    6. Coordinate best practices and deliver effective talent programs in multiple countries and ensure consistency across the organization
    7. Create data environment, maintenance of system and reporting/dashboards on key Succession & Talent KPIs to help automatize data management & process effectiveness and support data-driven decisions in the Succession & broader HR Talent area.
    8. Working with partner organizations to devise talent strategies ,collaboratively with leaders and other departments.
任職資格
    1. 具5年以上HR工作實際執行經驗,如人才發展、訓練規劃與執行、制度建立等
    2. 具簡報製作與數據資料彙整能力
    3. 英文中等以上
    4. 可接受工作地點調動
    5. 有海外人資經驗尤佳
    6. 具邏輯性思考、心思細膩。
    7. 具自我驅動與團隊激勵特質。
    8. 有持續改善精神,能正向溝通以解決潛在問題。
