職務要求
•Responsible for branch P&L, budgets, and all other financial activities and reports;
•Understand, address and resolve issues that rise from day-to-day operations;
•Ensure branch is compliant, profitable, and operating efficiently;
•Oversee all services and procedures; recommend improvements as necessary;
•Guide and motivate staff and promote culture of teamwork;
•Negotiate rates and develop relationships with vendors;
•Adapt to the effects of market, trade, customer and competitive activities;
•Define, lead and manage strategic and tactical direction and incorporate company’s mission and values;
•Develop and implement short and long-term business plans and objectives;
•Develop new business by pursuing business opportunities with strategic targets;
任職資格
•Over 5-year hands-on business development and overall management experience
•Experience in dealing with global / regional key accounts of clients is a plus;
•Strong budgeting, planning, forecasting, and leadership skills;
•Familiar with licenses, government regulations, and all other requirement;
•Enjoyment of working closely with staff, customers and vendors of various cultural diversity;
•Computer literate; must be able to create and generate reports;
