職務要求

1. Electronic engineer responsible for Hearth products. Familiar with electronics design, including Micron Controller application, part survey, schematic design of analog and digital, PCB layout and PCBA.

2. Familiar with Electronic design automation (EDA) tool for PCB placement, routing and simulation. Altium Designer is preferred.

3. Works with Account Executive and Operating Companies product engineers in supplier qualification, best total cost sourcing and product development of products;

4. Participates proactively in supplier visits, phone conferences with end users (Operating Companies) to capture detail information and resolve problems;

5. Owner of ECR/PPAP process for the assigned product category or project

6. Experience in verifying product samples and knowledge of methods used to conduct failure analysis and corrective actions during new product development.

7. Maintains and updates engineering information including but not limit to product prints, material specifications, product sheet, ECR, sample, etc.;

8. Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and CSA/UL is plus.

任職資格

1.College graduate in electronic engineering or with equivalent engineering training qualifications or related working experiences;

2.At least 3 years’ working experience in project engineering and new product development.

3.English communication ability (both oral and written)；

4.Proactive, organized, detail-oriented and responsible working attitude; strong analytical and problem solving skills;

5.Proven ability to prioritize work, lead change, set goals, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;

6. Experience in handling overseas customer is a plus;
