職務要求

•Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned teams

•Evaluate and improve operations and performance

•Ensure smooth operation of company operation in China

•Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

•Manage HR issues through FESCO, including hiring and firing

•Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

•Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

•Develop relationships with logistics providers to improve performance and lower costs

•Work productively with other Directors --Finance, Accounting, Supplier Management, Product Development

任職資格

•Proven experience as a Leader in similar role

•Experience in Logistics and International Business

•Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

•Strong analytical ability

•Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English

•Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

•Problem-solving aptitude
