職務要求

1. Design, develop, and debug MI products.

2. Improve the performance and stability of existing products.

3. Provide training and guidance to fellow engineers.

4. Recommend new technologies/tools/processes that can help increase productivity.

5. Supervise and oversee the technical aspects of projects in charged.

6. Review other engineers' work and provide advices

任職資格

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/computer science or related field.

2. 10+ years of software/internet service development experience.

3. Strong analytical skills and communication skills.

4. Great organizational and leadership skills.

5. Proven experience in adopting software development methodologies to improve team productivity.

6. roven experience building and refactoring complex web systems.

7. Proven experience in one or more web system backend development programming languages, e.g. golang, python, javascript (node.js), etc.

8. Proven experience in one or more web system development database, e.g. mongodb, mysql, clickhouse, etc.

9. The ability to multi-task.
