職務要求

．Responsible for customer complaints, using 8D/5C methods, and working with related units to improve quality.

．Familiar with quality tools(QC7 tools, FMEA, DOE…etc.), have experience and ability to conduct independent investigation, analysis.

．Implementation of improvement measures for customer complaints/RMA into related processes.

．Establish product reliability plan and executing.

任職資格

．At least 3 years experience in RD/QE/QA function

．Manufacturing/IT ODM/OEM experience

．STEM background will be perferred.

．Familiar with storage product will be plus.

．With DQE experience will be plus.

. 大學以上，工程系所

. 英文中等
