7.Help tech tam to adopt good technique to enhance performance.

8.Grow, Coach,and develop a team of skilled software engineers.

任職資格

1. 2 years + experience as dept manager

2.strong communication,leadership,and problem-solving skills,

3.have experience in be scrum master and have related certification.

4.have experience in setting goal and OKR for department.

5.nice to have scrum master certification.
