•Min. 10 years of sales related forwarding experience, especially focusing on clients with air and sea freight

•Fluent in English

•Strong management, organization, and leadership skills

•Local and global team player

•Strategic personality interested in working in a global matrix organization

•Good communicator and good presenting skills

•Open minded, innovative, and problem-solving attitude

•Good local market knowledge

•Able to lead a team of 10 sales staff in 2 locations

•Experience in Key Account management
