職務要求
1. Proven skill in identifying customer’s requirement and offering effective solutions.

2. Managing key customers accounts, working on developing new potential customers in the assigned area.

3. Customer development skills, surveying potential customers, along with targeting key customer’s requirement and forecasts.

4. Experience in providing support for data collection and preparing timely reports.

5. Work with available vendors and internal team to know which materials will be suitable for customers requirement, improve selection of materials, identify and analyze profitability metrics and support business growth

6. Implement and track metrics for recording the success of the following:

a. old projects/materials and applications with old materials for new projects and applications

b. New materials and applications with new projects and applications

7. Managing sales team in Pan India, arranging daily/weekly meeting discussions and providing daily/weekly report to supervisor.

8. Arranging joint visit with sales team or Principal, to discuss with the customer’s requirements.

9. Follow up with Customer Vendor code application if applicable and attaining the customer’s order.

10. Internal communication for customer’s RFQ and negotiation.

11. Internal communication with CSRs/Purchase/Logistics and customs for customer order co-ordination.

12. Incoming material co-ordination, quality check, warehouse inventory check and co-ordination

13. Co-ordination with customer’s order and delivery arrangement.

14. Offer improvement solutions and opportunities, recommending the use of glue dispensing solutions technology when applicable to increase productivity or drive process simplification.

15. Complete tasks assigned by Supervisor.

任職資格
1. Education:Bachelor's degree/Masters degree

2. Languages:fluent in Mandarin and English

3. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, managing key customers accounts, working on developing new potential customers in the assigned area.

4. Experience of achieving sales targets, handling complex situations, glue material requirements of customers, inside sales or Client/Key Account management. Preferably in the B2B, retail technology, Electronics, 5G or Automotive Industries (including EV).

5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

7. Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.

8. Strong presentation skills including presenting companys introduction, reports to customer, vendor or internal organization.

9. Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player.

10. Willingness to standby and accept or return calls whenever customer/vendor has requirement or queries.
