職務要求

1. DEVELOP new products

i. Answer RFI/RFQ

ii. Product design, including schematic, circuitry simulation, PCB layout, testing

and debug

iii. Perform a design review and a document audit to meet the design flow

iv. Prepare and assist the production team (factory) for mass production

2. LEAD product development activities:

i. Daily review working status for technical and schedule issues

ii. Weekly attend R&D review meeting

iii. Weekly attend staff meeting to report to executives with product status

3. ACT as a window in cross functions

i. Co-work with DQA team to improve product quality – Deliver only good

products

ii. Co-work with sales team to boost sales - Answer customer’s tech questions

and take a biz travel as executive requests

iii. Co-work with procurement team to improve the cost structure - Bring

iv. Co-work with 文書管理(ISO 管理代表) - Bring efficiency to internal

operation

4. Introduce new technology

i. Study new technologies according to product roadmap and give a

development plan

ii. Respond to customer’s new product inquiry and give a development plan

iii. Comply with latest environment and safety regulation and give development

plan

iv. Apply new patents and protect from patent infringing issues

5. Build-up EE team

i. Use technology to solve issues/problems. Be an innovative leader in the

market.

ii. Reward the good by giving an out-performance mark and encourage the

poor by giving an improvement plan and check the improving status

iii. Monthly give the performance report to executives monthly

iv. Make R&D engineer training plan yearly and evaluate the effects

v. Make the team proud of its performance

任職資格

1、 3 years or more EE working experience in charger/power supply and DC-DC converter product designs. 孰悉電源轉換器(switching power)之柔性切換技術、同步整流技術、並聯均流技術、定電流定電壓電池充電技術. The product proofed by the market will be appreciated.

2、 具備分析與功能驗證之能力，並且能夠在沒有Demo-Board情況下發產新的充電品產品。

3、 Make the product safety and EMC compliance.

4、 Good project facilitating skill & Good cross function communication skill.

5、 Good English speaking, writing, and reading skill and experience in meeting with foreign customers

6、 OK for biz travel if necessary.

7、 Looking for a global stage in green industry.
