職務要求
(1) Company strategy: Integrate and implement sales expansion strategy in line with corporate guidelines.
(2) Sales:
i. Responsible for expanding the sales performance of local base, including import, local sales performance and export.
ii. Lead the team to integrate, implement and achieve sales target.
iii. Regularly review of sales reports, sales progress and indicators.
(3) Supporting:
i. Manage and supervise the operations of local base in all aspects of administrative, logistics, warehouse, import, export management.
ii. Implement people management and cost control.
(4) Marketing: Lead the team to implement market research, analyze and investigate customer needs and competitor products.
(5) Human resource:
i. Lead the team to implement human-resource related affairs and to set annual goals (G&O).
ii. Establish talents’ mid and long-term strategies and set rules.
iii. Conduct one-on-one interviews with relevant personnel to improve their skills.
iv. Implement corporate HR playbook and other strategic tasks, i.e., annual calendar.
v. Implement the necessary works that are human-resource related.
vi. Plan for human resources expansion.
(6) Leadership: Raise team morale and solve team problems. Summarize local business development report to the headquarter. (7) Management:
i. Implementation of cross-functional coordination and conflict management.
ii. Communicate and coordinate with relevant department of headquarter.
