職務要求

1.Design the stamping tool and work with team and supplier for tool manufacturing and ensure the related documents are well prepared and hand over before mass production. Improve the tool to reduce the downtime during production.

2.Design the stamping tool (single or progressive die) base on the request from process engineer

3.Create models/drawings and related document from sketches or verbal instructions from team discussion

4.Work with tool supplier and team to ensure the tool can be manufactured on time

5.Create the documentation for mass production

6.Follow instructions for maintaining and updating the models, assemblies, drawings to the latest and right

version and well record the documentation and version history

7.Improve the current production tool according the feedback from production line

8.Standardized the tool design and apply to new and exist tool.

9.May perform other duties as assigned

任職資格

1.Above university or related technical education

2.More than 5 years experiences of stamping tool design or build

3.Basic knowledge of stamping process

4.Single / Progressive die design capability

5.Able to adapt teamwork and well communication and presentation

6.Logically thinking and engineering problem analyzing and solving ability.

7.3D drawing software application. Prefer Creo and Auto Cad

8.Base report, presentation and data analysis ability (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
