1. Manage the daily operations, including China Suppliers, Taiwan Manufacture

2. Develop and drive the company strategic business plan

3. Responsible for effective planning, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable profit-making results

4. Manage and develop the talent

5. Facilitate process improvement initiatives across the company.

6. Direct and drive new continue improvements to achieve team productivity and project performance goals.

7. Direct the utilization of the company KPI to effectively track, monitor, and implement required improvement activities related to business plan, goals, issues, etc.

8. Ability to interpret financial and performance data.

任職資格

1.over 3 years CEO Working experience of the listed company in Taiwan

2.Fluent in English
