4. Build marketing programs for specific objectives across channels and segments to support our strategic marketing plan.
5. Evaluate new technologies to determine how they can be used to improve customer experience or increase sales revenue.
6. Create a strategy to attract new customers by identifying potential markets and developing plans to reach them.
7. Develop integrated co-marketing campaigns, product partnerships, and corporate promotions to increase customer acquisition and market exposure.
8. Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
9. Responsible for the recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation of departmental positions to ensure the operation of high-performance teams.
