1.Understand and represent what the customer needs
2.Conduct competitor analysis & market research
3.Translate business goal, market analytics, data and customer needs into sales strategies and product strategies.
4.Manage the lifecycle of existing products.
5.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and drive the execution of the product vision, product strategy, roadmap development, prioritized features, specifications, ID/UX Design, sales & go-to-market strategy, and product launch activities.
6.Manage the new product beta testing process and gather customer feedback.
7.Content creation for product sales kit and training material.
8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales support for key customers, sales demonstrations, outstanding projects, and marketing activities.
9.Coordinate with OEM/ODM accounts for development requirements.
10.Forecast new product sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
11.Track product metrics, analyze sales data to dig into user trends, collect customer feedback, and measure the product success.
12.Eco-system strategy build-up and collaboration
任職資格
Qualifications:
1.Subject Matter Expert (SME) in product development processes, product/solution areas, and customer needs and usage.
2.Superior project management skills and knowledge of industry trends.
3.Experience with product development tools and methodologies.
4.Familiar with AIDC eco-system and applications.
5.Extensive knowledge and experience in Product Planning at international B2B or B2C companies
6.Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills, especially across a matrix of functional teams and global organization
7.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
8.Excellent time management
9.The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
10.Ability to resolve complex problems, drive for results proactively, be innovative, think and lead strategically.
11.Making decisions strategically on prioritization and communicating priorities to stakeholders.
12.Overseas business travel may be required.
