職務要求

1.Plans, promotes and leads the productivity projects for the PGP business

2.Instils the importance of safety in every staff and achieve zero accident in the area of responsibility

3.Support implementation and compliance of Quality, Safety and compliance standards

4.Support and drive audits and ISO accreditation/ quality assurance activities

5.Provide Training and coaching to site personnel on relevant PGP Engineering and Ops matters

6.Strategy development and implementation , Contribute to Strategies developed and implemented across the PGP business

7.Streamline and improve the quality of KPI reporting systems & processes

8.Promote Site-safe program, Report and investigate hazards, accidents and near misses, Implement safe work, operating and emergency procedures

9.Lifesaving rules compliance

10.drive engineering Management of Change Implementation

11.Local management of capital projects and expenditure

12.Manage initiate Engineering projects associated with PGP plant upgrades and plant improvements

任職資格

1.大學以上，工程相關系所，英文流利

2.需有10年以上氣體產業及5年以上管理經驗
