1. Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in both Chinese and English (bilingual communication skills).
2. Familiar with end-to-end project testing processes and overseas technical/testing standards; priority given to candidates with experience leading WiFi performance testing.
3. Solid foundation in wireless network technology; proficient in operator wireless technical specifications and test cases; familiar with ITU984, 988 standards.
4. Skilled in using testing tools such as octobox, CDrouter, TC, IXIA, C50.
