1. Ensure high degree of business relevance and cross-functional coordination.
2. Ensure HR deliverables in all tangible aspects (labor law/policy compliance, employee engagement, recruitment/resourcing efficiency, HR budget control, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefit program, etc. )
3. Act as an active member of the Management Team with a significant involvement in providing the right HR strategy to support business success.
4. Monitor and ensure the organization’s compliance with national and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices.
5. Assisting the Board of Directors issues (Remuneration Committee).
