職務要求

• Provide client with proper learning & development solutions.

• Leads kickoff meeting with client for project scope and execution.

• Manage project implementation by collaborating with clients, internal consultants, and project associates to ensure on-time and quality deliver.

• Conducts pre-workshop expectation survey and interviews (either in person or by telephone) with selected participants.

• Designs and customizes the training solution and materials

• Prepares workshop facilitator materials (e.g., wall charts, flip charts, and video)

• Delivers workshop.

• Analyzes workshop evaluation and writes summary report.

• Discusses workshop evaluation and recommendations (e.g., follow-up activities, and development plans) with sponsor and coordinator.

• Ensure client satisfaction in training deliverables and services.

• Manage documentation and processes for client implementation.

任職資格

• Deliver/implement client projects requiring in depth knowledge in our core technologies (e.g. selection/assessment, learning and development, organizational development and executive assessment, coaching and development).

• Provide input and thought leadership on our core technologies as appropriate.

• Design, develop, and deliver business solutions.

• Provide high level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing our solutions.



Provide Sales and Marketing Support

• Joins sales call for presentations and demos.

• Joins virtual teams for sales/ marketing champion.

• Write articles to provide thought leadership.
