3.Product debugging and solution proposal

4.Technical document writing

5.Customer technical consultation based on project requirements

6.Random overseas onsite technical training and support

7.Exhibition support and customer visit

8.RMA pre-examination/confirmation

9.Experienced in customer support

10.Basic understanding of TCP/IP, socket, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, Wireshark

11.Basic understanding of embedded system or computer architecture

12.Passionate with new technology

13.A team player while able to work alone

14.Good communication skill to dig out details

1.Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

2.English (must)
