職務要求
Main mission of this role :
1. Responsible for group HR policy and business process. Group companies cover 6 territories.
2. Ensuring competitive organization development and developing company talents.
3. Develop group HR strategy. This is a position require high level HR view for group precious human resource development strategy. This candidate need to have precise communication capabilities with group company's domestic and foreign colleagues.
Other tasks for this position may also need to cover following areas.
• Administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
• Contributing to the development of HR goals, objectives, and systems
• Implementing and revising corporate’s compensation program
• Conducting annual salary surveys
• Analyzing, and updating the corporate’s salary budget
• Developing, analyzing and updating the corporate’s performance evaluation program, promotion, and personnel change.
• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
• Performing benefits administration
• Maintaining affirmative HR action programs
• Planning and organizing training programs
• Overseeing and updating recruitment efforts for all personnel including overseas
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
• Overseeing exit interviews
• Maintaining department records and reports
• Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
• Other office administrative works
