職務要求
1、倉庫管理:物料管理,包括進出管理和存儲管理;物料申領(實物和系統),包括物料消耗和物料申請;保證網站乾淨整潔(Warehouse management: material management, including entry and exit management and storage management; material application (physical and system), including material consumption and material application; ensure that the site is clean and tidy)。
2、維修品管理:設備收貨、打包發貨,包括維修品的接收、寄送、備件的接收、寄送等。(Maintenance product management: equipment receipt, packaging and delivery, including the reception and delivery of maintenance products, the reception and delivery of spare parts, etc.)
3、賬務管理:費用核對、提交支付、台賬管理。(Accounting management: expense verification, payment submission, and ledger management)
4、客戶管理:與客戶良好的溝通。(Customer management: good communication with customers)
待跟進
5、協調管理:總部、區域與客戶間的協調工作。(Coordination management: coordination between headquarters, regions and customers)
任職資格
1、學歷:大專及以上學歷(Education);
2、語言要求:中文 (Language requirements: Chinese);
3、相關工作經驗1年以上,優先錄取2年工作經驗者(More than 1 year of relevant work experience, 2 years of work experience is preferred)
4、熟悉電腦相關操作,特別需熟練操作Excel&word (Familiar with computer related operations, especially need to be proficient in operating Excel & word)
5、工作有熱情、積極主動、自主學習能力強、態度端正(Enthusiastic at work, proactive, strong independent learning ability, and correct attitude)
