職務要求
- Design and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to drive business growth and market share.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Regional Sales Managers, setting clear targets and providing ongoing coaching and development.
- Establish national sales quotas and incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
- Oversee the development and management of the national dealer network, establishing policies and standards for all partners.
- Analyze national sales data, market intelligence, and industry trends to make informed strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key national accounts, strategic partners, and large dealer groups.
任職資格
Experience:
- Extensive senior-level experience in sales management, with a proven track record in a national role.
- Experience in the automotive, powersports, LSV, or electric vehicle industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading and scaling a sales organization.
- Strong experience with strategic planning, forecasting, and budget management.
