職務要求
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers and partners within the assigned territory.
- Manage, train, and support the existing dealer network to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and are effective in selling them.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to build strong relationships, provide support, and ensure brand standards are met.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to the National Sales Manager.
- Represent at regional trade shows, industry events, and dealer meetings to promote the brand and products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement regional marketing initiatives and promotions.
任職資格
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, preferably in the automotive, powersports, LSV, or electric vehicle industry.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing a dealer or distributor network.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
