1. Education:Bachelor's degree/Masters degree
2. Languages:fluent in Mandarin and English
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, managing key customers accounts, working on developing new potential customers in the assigned area.
4. Experience of achieving sales targets, handling complex situations, glue material requirements of customers, inside sales or Client/Key Account management. Preferably in the B2B, retail technology, Electronics, 5G or Automotive Industries (including EV).
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
7. Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.
8. Strong presentation skills including presenting companys introduction, reports to customer, vendor or internal organization.
9. Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player.
10. Willingness to standby and accept or return calls whenever customer/vendor has requirement or queries.
