Pre-sales Technical Support & Project Implementation 售前技術支援 & 專案執行 1. Respond to technical inquiries pertaining to test sockets. 2. Provide field application insights to design engineering team for the prototype development. 3. Support the qualification and evaluation of test sockets at customer sites. 4. Collaborate with internal teams in real-time to propose and implement improvements during qualification activities. 5. Coordinate with local machine shops for retrofitting and modification services to reduce turnaround time for issues encountered during evaluation. Post-sales Service & Quality Enhancement 售後服務 & 品質提升 1. Respond to quality issues and support the resolution of all customer complaints as necessary. 2. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for socket-related issues at customer facilities. 3. Offer creative on-site containment solutions to prevent customer production line downtime 4. Close the loop on quality issues by collaborating with the Design Engineering and QA teams on improvement actions to enhance product robustness.
Customer Technical Support & Field Troubleshooting客戶端技術支援 & 現場問題排除 1.客戶端產品特性驗證、問題分析與故障排除。 2.回覆客戶技術問題，並提供問題排除與操作指導。 3.提供現場技術支援，協助解決 BI / FT 測試相關問題，降低客戶產線影響。 4.使用示波器及各類量測工具進行問題分析與根因判斷。 NPI & Product Improvement Projects新產品導入 & 產品改善專案 1.負責新產品導入（NPI）或既有產品改善專案，執行相關驗證工作。 2.與內部研發、品質、生產團隊及客戶密切合作，確保專案順利完成。 3.蒐集並分析客戶技術需求與市場資訊，作為產品改良與規劃依據。 Technical Communication & Relationship Management技術溝通 & 客戶關係維護 1.提供技術培訓，並撰寫測試與驗證報告，作為內外部技術溝通依據。 2.擔任公司與客戶之間的技術溝通窗口。 3.透過專業且積極的技術支援，建立並維持良好的客戶關係。
