職務要求
1. 60% 海外據點 C&B 制度、辦法與作業流程之監督/分析/調查/檢視/建議(60% Supervise / survey monitor recommendation of overseas subsidiaries C&B guidelines , policies and SOP)
2. 30% 薪資工程: (設計/分析/對策提議); 薪資調查 (HQ & 海外據點); 特殊職缺人才召募; 薪資獎酬制度設計; HR 跨功能專案支援; 海外人才召募協助等(30% Salary Engineering: (Design/Analysis/ Propose ); Salary Survey (HQ & Overseas subsidiaries ); Special Job Recruitment ; Remuneration System Design; HR Cross Functional Project Support; Overseas Talent Recruitment Assistance, etc.
3. 其他 10% 年度HR專案。Others 10% Annual HR projects support
任職資格
1. 8 年以上、溝通能力佳、數學敏銳度與邏輯力強、諳大型 HRIS 系統或具海外 HR 工作經驗或負責海外 HRM 者尤佳 。
Relevant work experience: 8 years plus related experiences . Good communication skills.
Strong mathematical acumen and logical skills.
Applicants who are familiar with large scale HRIS systems or have experience in overseas HR work or responsible for oversea HRM are preferred
