職務要求
- Recruitment for overseas local hires to support the company's international expansion.
- Partner with department mangers to confirm hiring needs and publish job openings on appropriate platforms.
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, international job boards, and headhunting partners.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with international recruitment agencies, including contract coordination.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide hiring recommendations.
- Manage offer issuance and coordinate onboarding processes.
- Support domestic recruitment when international hiring needs are low.
- Perform tasks assigned by HR team or company executives.
任職資格
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience; exposure to international hiring is preferred.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
(TOEIC 850+/IELTS 6.5+ )
- Proficient in global recruitment platforms (e.g,, LinkedIn); experience with international headhunters is a plus.
- Strong interviewing, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
- Experience in the tech, gaming, or software industry is a plus.
